Dr Manshi is a Veterinary Officer in The Government of Bihar. She has done her B.V.Sc & A.H from the College of Veterinary Sciences & Animal Husbandry (Central Agricultural University) and M.V.Sc from the West Bengal University of Animal and Fisheries Sciences with specialisation in Veterinary Medicine, Ethics, and Jurisprudence. She is also a recipient of the prestigious Prof. Soumendranath Bandhopadhyay Gold Medal for securing the highest grade among all the branches of the 2022 M.V.Sc batch at the university. She specialises in diagnosing and treating small animals.
